CBD gummies for anxiety(with 10mg THC and 10mg CBD per gummy) Ingredients: 1/2 cup orange juice 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 cup cold water 3/4 cup white sugar 15 grams powdered gelatin (about 1/3 of a standard envelope) 20 drops blue food coloring For the Ganache: 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 5 tablespoons coconut oil For the Coating: 2 cups sifted powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 – 3 tablespoons water Method: In a small bowl or measuring glass, mix together orange and lemon juices with cold water to make one cup Measure out one cup of this mixture and pour into a saucepan. Add granulated sugar and stir over low heat until all of the sugar has dissolved.
Remove sugar water from heat and stir in gelatin until it completely dissolves. Stir in food coloring. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8 baking tray that’s been lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with coconut oil. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set up. Make the Ganache: Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl along with coconut oil, heat in microwave on 50% power in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring after each interval.
Can CBD Gummies give you anxiety? Set aside to cool slightly while you prepare the next steps of the recipe. Coating: Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of water together in a medium bowl with a whisk until smooth but still thick enough to coat your spoon Dip half of each gummy into the Ganache and turn to coat. Once all sides are coated, carefully transfer gummies to a tray or plate sprinkled with powdered sugar and let set them at room temperature for another 15 minutes before serving.
